American Landmark Apartments has been awarded one of the best places to work 5 years in a row on a national level. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Consultant for 8 Metro Station, our 338-unit residential community in Charlotte, NC.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
• Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits
• Ensure model apartments are ready for showings
• Understand lease terms, community policies, and specifications
• Employ sales and closing techniques
• Stay informed about the current market, pricing, and amenities
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses
• Monitor local competitor communities
• Develop knowledge of application processes, screening, and rental policies
• Conduct outreach marketing weekly
• Implement resident retention programs and encourage lease renewals
• Organize resident and property files
• Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately
• Assist in collecting delinquent rents

Qualifications

• A college degree is helpful but not required
• Leasing experience is a plus but not necessary
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred
• Being bilingual is advantageous
