The Jaxon is seeking a Leasing Agent in Atlanta to greet prospects, tour the property, and convert leads into leases. You will ensure resident satisfaction, support marketing efforts, and uphold S2 Residential’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include leasing, processing applications, conducting outreach, and coordinating events. A strong focus on compliance, fair housing, and professional presentation is required.

Formación

• 1 year leasing experience in multifamily setting or 2 years customer service experience.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance is required.
• Reliable transportation.

Who you are :

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experience
• Mustbeconsistentlydetail oriented.
• Strongorganizational skills.
• Excellentwrittenandverbal skills.
• Abilitytolistenandunderstand goals.
• Abilitytothinkcreativelyand innovatively.
• KnowledgeofResMan a plus
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required

Our Hours:

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 9:0 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
• Ability to walk several acres to tour community.
• Some lifting; up to 25lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.
