You will greet prospects, tour properties, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through leases while supporting resident services. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the willingness to learn Fair Housing rules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple prospects and priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to learn Fair Housing regulations and complete company-provided training.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects, conduct property and apartment tours, and highlight features.
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and walk-in.
  • Guide applicants through the application, screening, and lease process; prepare accurate lease files.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing traffic and lead sources in property management software.
  • Support marketing efforts, including updating online listings and social media.
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs.
  • Conduct move-in inspections and ensure model units and leasing office reflect standards.
  • Receive and log service requests and coordinate with maintenance.
  • Comply with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant laws, and company policies.
  • Assist the Property Manager with administrative duties.

As we continue to grow in Atlanta, Georgia, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Agent with sales experience who can support multiple communities and help prospective residents find the right home.

Position Summary

The Leasing Agent is the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a key role in keeping our community full, welcoming, and well cared for. You will greet and tour prospects, respond to leasing inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and support current residents throughout their stay. This is an entry-level position — no prior leasing experience is required. We will train the right person; what matters most is a warm personality, strong communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people find their next home.

  • Support marketing efforts, including updating online listings, posting to social media, and participating in outreach and resident events.
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs, delivering excellent customer service to current residents.
  • Conduct move-in inspections and ensure tour paths, model units, and the leasing office reflect our standards of curb appeal.
  • Receive and log resident service requests and coordinate with the maintenance team on follow-up.
  • Comply with all Fair Housing, landlord/tenant, and company policies and procedures in every interaction.
  • Assist the Property Manager with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
