Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development and outreach.
• Gather economic and demographic data for client presentations.
• Assist with preparation of offering materials and presentations.
• Review and abstract real estate documents for clients.
• Create Excel-based analytical tools for analysis.
• Shadow brokers in transaction negotiations and documentation.
• Promote and support JLL's brokerage software and CRM.
