Job summary

Randstad USA in Florida seeks an energetic Leasing Admin to join our property management team. You will guide prospective residents from inquiry through tour, screening, and lease signing, providing exceptional service to maintain high occupancy.

This entry-level role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a sales-minded approach. Schedule is first shift, 8 AM–5 PM; no degree is required, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced rental

Qualifications

  • Entry-level leasing position with 1 year of experience preferred.
  • No degree required for consideration.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective tenants promptly.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual tours of units and amenities.
  • Process applications, verify employment, and run basic background checks.
  • Draft and coordinate lease agreements and signatures.
  • Serve as primary contact for resident inquiries and lease renewals.
  • Log maintenance issues and relay to technicians or contractors.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Leasing Admin to join our property management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our community, guiding prospective residents through every stage of the rental journey—from their initial inquiry and property tour to background screening and lease signing. The ideal candidate possesses interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. salary: $16 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Inquiry Response: Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective tenants in a timely manner.
  • Property Tours: Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual tours of available units and community amenities.
  • Application Processing: Collect application fees, verify employment, run credit and background checks, and contact landlord references.
  • Lease Drafting & Signing: Prepare legally compliant rental agreements, review terms with approved tenants, and coordinate signatures.
  • Tenant Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and lease renewal discussions.
  • Maintenance Requests: Log maintenance issues reported by residents and dispatch requests to property technicians or third-party contractors.
