Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased for data center projects. You will oversee end-to-end schedule management, risk identification, and contractor baseline scheduling to accelerate time-to-market. You will partner with cross-functional teams to forecast, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires SME-level Primavera P6 expertise, extensive planning experience, and the ability to lead a team with strong communication and analytical skills. Travel is expected 25–50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning, scheduling, construction management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience developing/managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Experience with data center/infrastructure construction programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex projects with many stakeholders.
• Experience driving actions based on schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end schedule coordination and updates with risk management alignment.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks via defined processes.
• Manage vendors and Contractors schedule management.
• Lead contractor baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market.
• Oversee EOT tracking and claims and ensure contract/program alignment.
• Identify Proactive Risk Indicators and escalate to health reviews.
• Lead a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
• Travel 25-50% to other Data Center sites and Meta Offices.
