Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased for data center projects to own end-to-end schedule coordination and reporting. You will partner with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast risks, optimize schedules for speed to market, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires 10+ years in planning/scheduling, a technical degree, and experience managing owner-led scheduling programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience developing/managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Experience with Data Center, Infrastructure or Construction programs requiring complicated commissioning specs.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills.
• Experience leading complex project planning and coordination amongst many stakeholders.
• Experience driving actions based on performance metrics.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• End to end schedule coordination and updates with risk management interface.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks via defined processes.
• Accountable for contractor schedule management.
• Lead contractor baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market.
• Handle EOT discussions and claims; align with contract/program guidance.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and ad-hoc schedule analysis.
• May lead a small team of consultants for schedule management.
• Travel approximately 25-50% to other Data Center sites and Meta offices.
