Meta is seeking a Preconstruction Manager, Leased to lead data center projects from design kickoff through tenancy. You will negotiate leases, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate inputs across engineering, construction, and commercial teams to ensure successful procurement and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or equivalent technical degree and 10+ years in Commercial/Construction Management.
• Related field degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to align project scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate leases with data center developers balancing risk, cost and schedule.
• Execute large-scale commercial agreements from design kick-off through construction start.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple teams; assess risk and term terms for contracts.
• Lead program alignment across projects in preconstruction including cost, schedule and risk.
• Report project status, risk, budget, and KPI to leadership.
• Provide bid levelling and recommend successful bidder selections.
• Interface with Engineering to develop budgets and schedules for new products.
• Support procurement strategy, vendor selection, and contract models.
• Develop new processes/tools to improve workflows and implement change mitigation.
