Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leased Facility Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of leased data center facilities within its global Data Center Operations portfolio. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management within data center, colocation, or critical infrastructure environments.
• 8+ years managing leased or third-party facility relationships, including landlord or colocation provider engagement.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects from initiation through operational handover.
• Experience with contract and vendor management in a critical infrastructure or real estate context, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Experience developing and communicating project plans, risk assessments, and executive-level status reports to cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for leased data center facilities, including site selection support, lease commencement activities, fit-out coordination, and operational handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Meta and third-party landlords, colocation providers, and facility operators to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and milestone tracking for leased facility buildouts and expansions.
• Coordinate with internal real estate, legal, and finance teams to support lease negotiations, amendments, and renewals.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance on leased sites, conducting regular business reviews and ensuring work quality.
• Partner with data center engineering and operations teams to validate infrastructure meets specs for power, cooling, and networking.
• Identify and escalate project risks and schedule conflicts, driving resolution through structured problem-solving.
• Develop and present project status reports, budget forecasts, and operational readiness assessments.
