Job summary

NRP Group is hiring a Leasing Specialist for its BRAND NEW Quincy at Eastfield property in Selma, NC. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will implement on-site marketing plans, perform market surveys, and maintain strong resident relations. A high school diploma is required with bonus if you have college credits and Yardi proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred; proficiency with Yardi and MS Office desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities: respond to inquiries, give tours of apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and analyze competitors to improve leasing strategy.
• Develop on-site marketing initiatives and referral programs to drive qualified traffic.
• Process applications, security deposits, rents and related fees accurately and on time.
• Maintain files, leasing area and showroom in a presentable, organized state.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards.
• Support renewals, notices to vacate, and coordination with Community Manager.
