Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience or relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical checks of competitors.
• Develop and monitor marketing programs and referrals for move-ins.
• Maintain lease closures, prep and manage documentation, and ensure accuracy of fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards.
• Inspect market-ready units and keep models show-ready.
• Support property operations and other properties when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional demeanor with residents.
