Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for the brand-new Quincy at Eastfield in Selma, NC. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins, while delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating communications with prospects and residents.

Balancing administrative duties with on-site marketing, you will manage apartment showings, lease renewals, and compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC guidelines, under the Community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic and conducting property tours.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing and referral programs.
• Maintain knowledge of LIHTC program and ensure file compliance.
