Job summary

Hines seeks a Leasing Professional at FAT Village to support property marketing, advertising and sales activities while delivering resident satisfaction and securing lease renewals. You will partner with the team to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will conduct tours, process applications, screenings and leases, inspect apartments for move-in readiness, and develop proactive marketing plans to attract prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to prospective residents
• Process credit screening, background checks, lease and move-in packages
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and ensure readiness for move-in
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the market
• Use promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue
• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals
• Assist with lease renewals and the communication process
• Build relationships with prospective residents to facilitate leases and renewals
