Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Manager for a lease-up property with 300+ units. You will lead a dynamic team, drive financial performance, and ensure residents love where they live in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

The role combines leadership, operations, and customer service. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience with 40B programs is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Massachusetts Chapter 40B programs is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• 3+ years of hands-on property management experience.

Responsibilities
