Fairfield Residential is seeking a proactive Community Manager for a new Lease-Up property with 300+ units. You will lead a dynamic team, manage financial performance, ensure excellent resident experience, and oversee operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role combines leadership with property management responsibilities, including budgeting, marketing, and customer service to maintain occupancy and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• 3+ years of hands-on property management experience.
• Multifamily property experience required.
• A successful track record as a supervisor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements such as budget, financial reports, P&L Statements, General Ledger, etc.
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
• A previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating incomes in multi-family property management positions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
