The NRP Group seeks a Community Manager for our Pecos property in Las Vegas. You will lead daily operations, deliver excellent resident service, and drive financial performance to meet NOI goals.

Responsibilities include leasing coordination, team leadership, budget adherence, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining a high standard of living for residents. This role requires strong supervision and property management expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in property management.
• 1+ year supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, LIHTC regulations.
• Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPM, TCS or HCCP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all financial performance of the property and work toward achieving budgeted NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by optimizing rent collection and minimizing delinquencies.
• Coordinate leasing, show units, and ensure move-in paperwork accuracy.
• Manage operations, inspections, safety, and vendor relations.
• Lead and develop the property team, schedule and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable laws.
