Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and LIHTC program.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and achieve NOI targets.
• Maximize cash flow, rent collection, and expense control.
• Lead leasing support, marketing, and on-site sales activities.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget with the regional team.
• Coach and develop property staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
