Job summary

Lyon Living in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Porter - Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and appearance across interior and exterior areas. You will support residents by performing cleaning and basic housekeeping tasks, ensuring safe handling of products, and keeping spaces orderly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure trash areas and compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
• Keep tools and equipment in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping to prepare apartments for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, laundry rooms, and common areas (clubhouse, recreation room, office, gym).
• Attend monthly safety meetings and complete work records accurately.
• Store cleaning products and hazardous materials safely.
• Maintain organized work and supply storage areas.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00; on-site housing not offered

We are currently looking to fill a Porter - Housekeeper position for Haven + Arrow, our property located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to our residents. This role is responsible for performing cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Ensure the property's central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
• Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and cleans storage and common areas including, clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately completes work records.
• Responsible for safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
• Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

Experience/Requirements:

• Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT)

This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors and other tasks away from a single assigned location. Applicant must have a valid driver's license or be able to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle. Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
