JWilliams Staffing, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking an Apartment Porter - Groundskeeper to keep our apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. This role supports onsite teams with groundskeeping and make-ready tasks.

You will maintain outdoor and common areas, assist with unit touch-ups, and help keep leasing offices and clubhouses in pristine condition. This position offers steady hours and weekly pay, with opportunities to grow within our client properties.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of porter, custodial, janitorial, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean environments
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive grounds, walkways, breezeways, and common areas
• Remove trash and debris throughout the community
• Clean leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other shared spaces
• Assist with apartment make-ready and final unit touch-ups
• Support light groundskeeping duties, including sweeping and basic landscaping
• Restock supplies and maintain community appearance standards
• Assist the maintenance team with general property upkeep as needed

What You'll Be Doing

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
