CBRE is seeking a Transaction Management Analyst to support lease administration and financial reporting. You will help manage lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases, and assist with local transaction implementation.

The role emphasizes MS Office skills, analytical thinking, and adherence to CBRE RISE values. Bachelor's degree preferred, up to 3 years' relevant experience, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Manage, monitor, and report monthly on lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
• Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
• Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
• Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
• Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
• Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and transaction scorecards.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
