Job summary

Venture Global LNG seeks an Analyst, Lease in Houston to extract critical clauses and financial terms from rights‑of‑way and lease agreements. You will manage records, analyze title and ownership, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate pipeline asset data and compliance.

You will support lease renewals, CPI escalations, and payments, leveraging Quorum, SAP, and GIS tools while maintaining rigorous data integrity and timely reporting for management review.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of land management documents, surface leases, easements, and state oil and gas regs.
• Advanced skills in land management databases such as Quorum (QLS), BOLO, or SAP.
• Ability to calculate complex mathematical equations involving working interest, net revenue interest, and acreage prorations.
• High level of precision reviewing historical county records and asset boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and input data from rights-of-way, leases, contracts into land software.
• Maintain database integrity tracking holdings, pipeline ownership, and tracts.
• Review title records to verify ownership and chain of title along pipelines.
• Generate monthly payment calendars and process rentals, renewals, and claims on time.
• Review daily acquisition packages for contract accuracy and compensation.
• Reconcile landowner invoices, surface damage fees, and CPI rent escalations.
