Job summary

PetroLedger Energy Partners is seeking Lease Analysts to manage lease records and ownership data across oil and gas operations. You will work with the Land Administration team to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely lease administration tasks.

You will support data entry in Quorum OnDemand Land or client systems, track obligations, and route complex questions for resolution, contributing to asset integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interpret oil & gas leases and related documents to confirm key terms and obligations.
• Support ownership calculations using title opinions and ownership reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with lease obligations (delay rentals, shut-in payments, min royalties).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain lease data in Quorum OnDemand Land or client systems.
• Maintain physical and digital lease files; archive expired files.
• Update leasehold ownership data as determined by title opinions and reports.
• Assist division order and clients with ownership verification and documentation.
