Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in land administration, lease payments, accounts payable, contract administration, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Experience reviewing contractual documents and maintaining detailed payment or property records.
• Familiarity with Google Earth, ArcGIS, or comparable mapping tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to reconcile information across data sources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and contractual requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Review lease agreements to identify payment obligations, critical dates, and land-use terms.
• Process lease payments according to contractual schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with land, accounting, operations, legal, and internal teams to resolve lease and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate lease records, including payment schedules and ownership information.
• Use mapping tools like Google Earth and ArcGIS to review land parcels and rights-of-way.
• Coordinate renewals, terminations, and related documentation with external organizations.
• Interpret and communicate contractual rights and obligations to internal stakeholders.
• Research property and infrastructure information and calculate payment adjustments including CPI.
• Process ownership changes and respond to payment inquiries with accurate documentation.
• Maintain physical and electronic lease records to support monthly reporting and audits.
