Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells in Texas. You will ensure peak efficiency of equipment, perform field inspections, calibrate instruments, and complete required regulatory paperwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Lease Operator experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver’s license. You will work rotating day/night shifts and follow safety and environmental procedures to maximize asset

Competenze

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• Must be willing to work rotating day and night shift.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must meet all conditional offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical requirements include lifting 40 lbs., climbing ladders and stairs, walking, bending and the use of PPE; must respond to alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Mansioni

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Monitor a variety of wells including flowing, beam pump, plunger lift, water injection and water disposal.
• Oversee facilities such as production tanks, flowlines, LACT, water injection plants and gas compression.
• Perform safe work practices while maximizing earnings and minimizing costs on properties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Complete mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
