Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, and support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities include daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle, testing and calibrating equipment, troubleshooting issues, and completing required paperwork for customers and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs; walk, bend and stop; wear PPE; respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
• Adhere to safe work practices and environmental procedures to maximize earnings and minimize costs.
