Qualifications

• Safety-sensitive responsibilities and strict adherence to safety policies.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to operate company vehicles and perform daily well checks.
• Willingness to train as LO I trainee for 30 days and be evaluated after 90 days.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders when needed.
• Basic understanding of oilfield equipment and terminology.
• Maintain tools, phone, computer, and vehicle in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a safety-sensitive role and follow all safety policies.
• Safely operate company vehicles to travel to and from lease sites.
• Conduct daily well checks and monitor production on assigned leases.
• Gauge tanks and perform color cuts; verify production data against systems.
• Understand directional flow, pressures, tank levels, and data entries (eVIN/Field Ops, Ignition/zdSCADA).
• Perform basic maintenance: stuffing box rubbers, plungers, adjusting chemical rates, repairing equipment.
• Maintain clean, compliant lease sites and operate artificial lift methods as needed.
• Maintain company tools, phone, computer, and vehicle.
