Job summary

A leading energy company in Carlsbad, NM, is seeking an experienced Lease Operator II to support production operations. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient fluid transfer operations, conducting pipeline inspections, and coordinating with field teams. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in oil and gas, strong understanding of frac operations, and commitment to safety standards. Full-time employment with a rotational schedule (8 days on / 6 days off) is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas as a Lease Operator, Pumper, or Field Operator.
• Strong understanding of fluid transfer and pressure testing.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with the Company Man at frac sites.
• Ensure safety during fluid transfer operations.
• Conduct pipeline inspections and report findings.

Skills

Prior experience as a Lease Operator
