Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Entry level position; no experience required.
• A current valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Able to read and write to read pressure gauges and complete paperwork.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong adaptability skills
• Eager to learn
• Basic understanding of operating hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally required to work night shifts, based on operational needs.
• Learn to operate and inspect pumping and wellhead equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance of production equipment and check wellhead compressors.
• Read and record daily numbers from lease oil and gas measurement equipment.
• Enter daily production readings and downtime into electronic systems.
• Advise water haulers when water is ready for pickup and disposal.
