Job summary

Danos, LLC seeks a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotation schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Daily field work includes site visits by vehicle, equipment testing, calibration, and troubleshooting, plus required regulatory paperwork and general field housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (hair follicle), MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, and stopping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Jobis to be performed by employing safe work practices while utilizing acceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producing properties.
