Job summary

Danos seeks a Lease Operator to monitor and optimize oil and gas wells on a rotating schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment and support HSE processes.

Responsibilities include routine field checks, equipment testing, and completing required regulatory paperwork. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Lease Operator experience, a valid US driver’s license, and live within 50 miles of Carrizo Springs, TX.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience.
• Must live within 50 miles radius of job location.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet background, drug test, MVR, agility and fitness for duty.
• Physical requirements: lift 40 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, wear PPE, respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells.
• Perform daily site visits and field housekeeping.
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Complete mandatory paperwork for customer and regulatory agencies.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Jobis to beperformed byemploying safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
