Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

The position requires 1+ years of Lease Operator experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass background, drug, MVR, agility, and fitness checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience preferred.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, and stopping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle; test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Jobis to beperformed byemploying safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
