Job summary

BayOne Solutions seeks a Senior Lease Administration Leader to own the global lease portfolio operations and data integrity. You will partner with finance, legal, tax, and AP teams to manage risk, compliance, and reporting, while guiding a high-performing lease administration team.

The role emphasizes ASC 842, SOX controls, and ERP transformation readiness within a large technology environment, requiring strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, real estate, or business.
• 8–12 years in corporate real estate, lease administration, or portfolio operations.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams or global portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of lease accounting, ASC 842, and financial controls.
• Experience managing outsourced lease administration or abstraction providers.
• Proficiency with Visual Lease, MRI, Yardi, or Accruent/Lucernex.
• Advanced Excel and data-management capability.
• Detail-oriented with analytical judgment and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and operational health of the global lease portfolio.
• Serve as primary lease administration partner to Geo Directors, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Tax, and AP.
• Identify, track, and communicate portfolio, financial, compliance, and process risks.
• Lead resolution of complex issues and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain an accurate deal pipeline and provide updates for reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop the lease administration team with clear priorities.
