Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years properties or lease negotiation experience.
• 5+ years real estate experience including transactions such as purchase contracts, ground leases, storefront leases, zoning and site plan approval
• Financial analysis, including a working knowledge of real estate analysis software
• Strong negotiation and oral and written communication skills in development of business cases and presentations to executive management
• Proven experience in retail site selection and acquisitions are primary requirements coupled with facilitation and teamwork skills
• Microsoft Office experience which includes Excel and Power Point applications.
