Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager - Lease Administration & Facilities to manage lease administration, landlord coordination, and facilities support across the corporate and brand partner portfolio.

You will oversee remodel projects, vendor coordination, and cross-functional work with Legal, Operations, Construction, and Facilities to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and minimal disruption to restaurant operations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in lease administration, commercial real estate, facilities management.
• Experience coordinating across Legal, Construction, Operations, Facilities, and landlords.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple lease and facilities priorities with shifting timelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track critical lease dates: commencement, expiration, renewal options, rent escalations.
• Serve as primary contact for landlord communications and requests.
• Maintain accurate lease files, abstracts, and records.
• Support lease renewal and amendment discussions with Legal and Corporate Development.
• Coordinate with landlords and property managers on maintenance and facility requests.
• Ensure lease documents are accurate and clearly communicated to stakeholders.
• Assist with corporate remodel projects and related documentation.
