Wingstop Restaurants Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Regional Design Coordinator to support restaurant design and brand standards.

The role requires a background in construction and design project management to ensure objectives, schedules, and budgets are met across multiple stores. You’ll collaborate with construction, real estate, operations, marketing, architects, and engineers to drive design from site approval through permitting and to ensure cost‑effective compliance with Wingstop

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive responsibility in project management.
• Knowledge of the architecture & construction process; ability to read construction documents incl. MEP+S.
• Restaurant design and kitchen layout experience.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Guest service mentality with a desire to serve the customer.
• Calm, tactful demeanor in difficult situations.
• Manages multiple projects and timelines with urgency and follow through.
• Forms strong working relationships within team.

Responsibilities

• Track new store design process from site approval through permitting.
• Manage deadlines and progress to deliver on time and on budget.
• Interface with brand partners to analyze design aspects of markets, trade areas and sites.
• Coordinate store design with brand partners, construction manager, architect and engineers.
• Clarify brand standards regarding image, design and equipment to architects and developers.
• Interface schematic store design and layout with brand partners.
• Coordinate vendor engagement to meet timeline, scope and design.
• Review construction documents for prototypical standards.
• Ensure permit documents contain all MEP design standards to construct economically.
• Track building permit submittal and permit process.
