Responsabilidades

• Sends welcome letters to new lessees.
• Contacts lessee to discuss end of term options.
• Schedules callbacks and tracks statuses in the system.
• Notifies lessees about end-of-lease decisions and follows up after contact attempts.
• Logs returned mail and titles, and processes related documents.
