Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months Customer Service experience.
• 6+ months Automotive Finance or Automotive experience preferred.
• 6+ months Call Center experience.
• Bachelor's degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive consumer communication from 180 to lease maturity or as programs require.
• Increase consumer retention and support BMW Group Sales of BMW and MINI products.
• Coordinate adjustment programs, lease extensions and loyalty incentives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Advise lease-end consumers on best options considering mileage, wear and use, and new vehicle disposition.
• Handle financial-related calls to/from BMW Financial Services Call Center and document interactions.
• Fully document consumer interactions and attach correspondence to the consumer’s record.
