Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support commercial leasing operations in the Office setting. You will handle lease contracts through review, administration, and lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in contracts or related fields, strong detail orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in legal, contracts, or related field.
• Associate's degree (or equivalent experience and education).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and manage lease contract packages.
• Create amendments, addendums, assignments, and other contract documents.
• Interpret contract terms and support Sales with contract preparation.
• Maintain lease database and ensure contract compliance.
• Track and report revenue and commission data.
• Perform data entry to ensure billing accuracy across accounts.
• Conduct quarterly lease audits.
• Support contract maintenance, fleet updates, and billing setup.
• Communicate contract status updates to internal teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions.
• Prepare exception billing invoices as needed.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support TEN's commercial leasing operations through the preparation, review, administration, and lifecycle management of lease contracts and related commercial agreements.

What You'll Do

• Review, process, and manage lease contract packages
• Create amendments, addendums, assignments, and other contract documents
