Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years in lieu of degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong understanding of land principles, leases, and land records management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and input lease and contract data to ensure accuracy across land systems.
• Prepare full releases and Exhibit A documents for assignments and contracts.
• Maintain monthly lease calendars for rentals, shut-ins, royalties, expirations, and payments.
• Determine rental payments and expirations to keep leases in good standing.
• Review lease obligations and recommend rentals, shut-ins, and expirations.
• Input extensions for non-producing properties per contract requirements.
• Maintain and update land records with payments, amendments, and docs.
• Research private and public records to support lease administration and issue resolution.
• Respond to landowner inquiries and collaborate with Land Operations team.
