Responsibilities
Save, manage, and communicate lease documentation internally and externally.
Maintain and update Salesforce for lease deals and space information pages.
Draft and process lease documents, including Estoppels, SNDAs, and Commencement Agreements.
Manage and update leasing records in multiple systems.
Process commission invoices and maintain accurate records.
Support special projects related to lease documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and lease documentation standards.
