Job summary

Weitzman Group, a leading Texas-based retail-focused commercial real estate services firm, seeks an experienced Lease Administrator to join its Dallas office in Uptown. You will interpret lease terms, input data into MRI or Yardi, and support property managers with year-end adjustments and audits.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, accounting, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS).
• Ability to interpret complex lease language and analyze lease data.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and abstract lease information into MRI, Yardi, or other software.
• Review and process lease changes and year-end adjustments for accuracy.
• Track critical dates and assist with lease audits and payments.
• Support Property Managers with budget prep and renewals.
• Prepare reports and maintain tickler systems for deadlines.
