Job summary

MACH RESOURCES LLC in Oklahoma City seeks a Lease Analyst to support the Sr. Analyst in maintaining lease records, owner inquiries, and land-system updates.

You will set up leases, track obligations, assist with acquisitions/divestitures, and prepare exhibits for assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced oil and gas environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated land computer systems; Quorum a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up new leases and contracts in the computer system.
• Maintain changes in mineral, royalty, and working interest ownership in lease records.
• Assist with acquisitions and/or divestitures.
• Prepare exhibits for assignments, releases and other land documents.
• Monitor and circulate monthly obligation and expiration calendars to Land Department.

Job Description: The Lease Analyst is responsible for assisting the Sr. Analyst with all responsibilities related to the maintenance of lease records and works under moderate supervision to ensure land obligations are met in a timely manner. This individual will be responsible for research related to owner inquiries, land system updates and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up new leases and contracts in computer system
• Assist with maintaining changes in mineral, royalty and working interest ownership at various depths in lease records system
• Assist with Acquisitions and/or Divestitures
• Prepare exhibits for assignments, releases and other various land related documents when requested
• Prepare, monitor, and circulate monthly obligation and expiration calendars to Land Department

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated land computer systems, Quorum a plus
• Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members at all levels of the organization
• Ability to research information, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
