Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Lease Analyst to support the Land Department in Oklahoma. You will set up leases, track obligations, and assist with acquisitions or divestitures while maintaining accurate ownership records in our land system.

Ideal candidates have experience with integrated land software (Quorum a plus), strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Set up new leases and contracts in the land system.
• Maintain changes in mineral, royalty, and working interest ownership.
• Assist with acquisitions and/or divestitures.
• Prepare exhibits for assignments, releases and other land documents.
• Monitor monthly obligation and expiration calendars for Land Department.

This individual will be responsible for research related to owner inquiries, land system updates and special projects as needed.Responsibilities• Set up new leases and contracts in computer system• Assist with maintaining changes in mineral, royalty and working interest ownership at various depths in lease records system• Assist with Acquisitions and/or Divestitures• Prepare exhibits for assignments, releases and other various land related documents when requested• Prepare, monitor, and circulate monthly obligation and expiration calendars to Land DepartmentQualifications• Experience with integrated land computer systems, Quorum a plus• Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members at all levels of the organization• Ability to research information, with good analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Team player and the ability to adapt to a changing environment• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of oil and gas in Oklahoma, Texas panhandle and Kansas a plus
