Job summary

RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust that owns a diversified portfolio of freestanding retail stores across the United States. We are currently recruiting for a Lease Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team located in Downtown Orlando, FL.

This opportunity offers an excellent base salary (up to $67k base) plus an 8% annual target bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related work experience and/or training.
• 2-year degree or higher required.
• Commitment, dependability and regular attendance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and administer complex lease documents.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel required.

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for NNN portfolio.

RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a Real Estate Investment Trust that owns a diversified portfolio of freestanding retail stores across the United States. We are currently recruiting for a Lease Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team located in Downtown Orlando, FL.

This person will be responsible for the complete and accurate abstracting and set-up of property, lease and loan documents in various systems for NNN’s property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial real estate, a good understanding of contract and leasing language and documentation, and preferable experience with a real estate management software. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and excellent communication skills.

This opportunity offers an excellent base salary (up to $67k base) plus an 8% annual target bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment while partnering directly with some of the top executives in the company.

WILL NOT CONSIDER SOLELY RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE – REQUIRES COMMERCIAL LEASE EXPERIENCE

Requirements

• Must have minimum 2+ years of related work experience and/or training
• 2-year degree or higher
• Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for other employees with regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have ability to interpret and administer complex lease documents
• Must be detail oriented
• Very strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Excel
