Gotham is seeking a Leasing Administrator to administer and negotiate lease renewals for the Gotham portfolio, ensuring retention and compliance with laws. You’ll manage renewal reminders, process applications, and coordinate with residents, employers, and landlords for verification.
Based at our New York office with weekly on-site presence and four days at corporate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain accurate lease drafts, and support audits and special projects as needed.
