Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Admin Coordinator II in the United States.

The role collaborates with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin teams to audit lease agreements, process packages, and support customers with accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3+ years of relevant experience including lease administration, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more previous work experience and one year of Lease Administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin team members for general questions or escalations related to lease package questions.
• Assist Ryder Sales organization with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.
• Process Lease packages.
• Testing new technology as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
