Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Admin Coordinator II to audit contractual language, process lease packages, and interact with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication and independence in a fast-paced environment. The position collaborates with Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance and Purchasing groups to resolve lease package questions, while also testing new technology when needed and performing other duties as

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years or more previous work experience and one year of Lease Administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin team members for general questions or escalations related to lease package questions.
• Assist Ryder Sales organization with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.
• Process Lease packages.
• Testing new technology as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
