Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lease Admin Coordinator II to audit contractual language, process lease packages, and coordinate with internal departments and customers.

The role demands strong written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing, and Lease Admin teams to resolve package questions and ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of work experience with 1+ year in Lease Administration.

Responsibilities

• Audit contractual language and process lease packages.
• Collaborate with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin teams for questions.
• Assist Sales with researching and troubleshooting complex packages.
• Test new technology as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
