Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lease Admin Coordinator II who will audit contractual language, process lease packages, and collaborate with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration and other teams.

The role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and building professional relationships across the organization. This position offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years work experience with at least 1 year in Lease Administration.
• Auditing contractual language and processing lease packages experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin team members for general questions or escalations related to lease package questions.
• Assist Ryder Sales organization with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.
• Process Lease packages.
• Testing new technology as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
