Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lease Admin Coordinator II to audit contractual language, process lease packages, and collaborate with Sales and Lease Admin teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma/GED and at least three years of relevant experience, including one year in Lease Administration.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more previous work experience and one year of Lease Administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process Lease packages.
• Work with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin team members for general questions or escalations related to lease package questions.
• Assist Ryder Sales organization with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.
• Testing new technology as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
